It the best lego I've had for a long time got the panzer and tiger panther and now building the sturmtiger and uboat im in my 40s and its brings back memories of my pirate lego and Knights to lots of fun hopefully ill get more soon
Store owner replied: We're so glad our sets have brought back those memories for you. Thanks for your continued support, and we hope there are many more enjoyable builds ahead!
When I saw how much I paid for this build and the amount of bricks I got with it, I am very pleased with what I paid for it. The build it self is fun to put together sometimes when connecting two compartments together it was a bit challenging but in the end it came out beautifully. The build is also a very long build the 140cm wasn't exaggerated and I love it. When wanting to show the inside the side is also easy to remove and place back. al with al it's an amazing build and I do recommend it if you like the German u-boats.
Shipping was questionable as there were very few updates. Do better with your tracking software. Very cool submarine, however, the design could be better. There should be a better frame structure to support outside pieces. There are several spots on the submarine, which if you’re not careful when moving it, collapse inward due to limited base pieces. All in all, its a cool set.
"Missile Bay." "MISSILE BAY." Yeah... 'Match Real History' my foot -_-
The submarine itself is surprisingly big for how much I'm paying for it. the only gripe I have is the order the manual puts in assembling some of the parts. Some areas requires more effort to secure itself in place due to its bigger size.
