SEE IT BUILT BY OTHERS
This is the fifth tank l have built from this supplier. This tank has been designed on a computer and the images that are shown on the advertising have been generated from the computer. This tank has been designed by someone who has not had to build it. It is poorly designed and very very fragile to build. Nothing stays in place and if you touch it when assembled then a piece falls off and you then struggle to get it back together without more bits falling off. You can see by the pictures that the gaps around the tank do not match the images that are advertised. This model tank l would not recommend to anyone. The supplied need to go back and redesign the tank using fewer small pieces and make it user friendly.
Store owner replied: Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, especially as this is the fifth tank you have built from us. We’re very sorry that this model did not meet your expectations and that its fragile construction made the building experience so frustrating. We have received your comments regarding the model’s stability, the number of smaller pieces, the visible gaps, and the differences between the completed build and the advertised images. We take these concerns seriously and will work on these areas as we review the design. Please contact our support team with your order number so we can review your purchase and help find a suitable resolution. We truly appreciate your previous support and would welcome the opportunity to make this right.
