Brick Command Subscription Cancellation Policy
When you join Brick Command, BrickWar 2's membership, you agree to the automatic renewal terms below. We keep them short so you know exactly what you're signing up for.
Recurring charges
Brick Command is a recurring membership. Once you join, we charge your payment method automatically every billing period until you cancel.
Frequency and amount
Your first 28 days of Brick Command are free. After that, you'll be billed $24.99 USD every 28 days, starting 28 days after you join. You pay the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Each billing period is 28 days long, so your billing date moves slightly each calendar month.
What your membership includes
While your membership is active, you get:
- $34.99 in store credit added to your account each billing period. Your credit stacks and carries over, so it never resets.
- Early access to new drops.
- Exclusive members-only deals and discounts.
- Entry into members-only giveaways.
- Members-only Discord channels, where you can vote on new sets and chat with our designers.
- Referral bonuses.
- Free shipping.
- A free 30-day warranty.
- Priority support.
Deadline to cancel
To avoid being charged for your next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your billing date, or after it, that charge still goes through and the cancellation takes effect from the following period.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. There are no contracts, cancellation fees or minimum terms. To cancel:
- Online: sign in to your account at brickwar2.com, open your Brick Command membership and select Cancel, or
- By email: contact our support team at info@brickwar2.com.
If you email us, please include your full name and order number, or the email address you used at checkout, so we can find your membership quickly.
What happens when you cancel
Canceling stops all future charges. Any store credit you've already paid for stays in your account for you to use, but we won't add any further credit after you cancel. Your access to members-only Discord channels continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then ends.
Charges already processed
Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a charge that has already gone through. If you've just been charged and want a refund, contact us with your order number:
- If we refund a renewal charge, we deduct the store credit from that billing period from your account.
- If you've already used that period's store credit, we can't refund that charge.
Welcome gifts and introductory offers
Free gifts and introductory offers that come with Brick Command are for first-time members only. If you cancel and rejoin, you won't be eligible for welcome gifts or the free first 28 days again, and we may cancel orders that misuse introductory offers.
Pausing or skipping instead
If you're thinking of canceling because of timing or cost, you don't have to stop your membership. You can pause your membership or skip a billing period from your account at brickwar2.com.
Keeping your billing details up to date
Please keep your payment method and billing details current. You can update them in your account or by contacting us.
