RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item If something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right — no need to ship anything back to us.

- Missing or damaged pieces: We'll send free replacements. Just email us photos.

- Wrong item or manufacturing defect: Full refund or replacement, your choice. Photo required.

- Damaged in shipping: Full refund or replacement with carrier damage documentation.

- Cosmetic packaging damage: Because our products travel long distances, boxes sometimes arrive scuffed or dented. This is caused by shipping carriers, not us — and as long as the pieces inside are intact, we can't offer refunds or returns for packaging alone. However, we're happy to provide store credit or a discount code as a goodwill gesture.

This coverage lasts 1 year from purchase for missing/damaged pieces.

Changed Your Mind? We get it — but because our products ship from overseas, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. We're happy to offer store credit in most cases if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Returning a Non-Defective Product If you'd prefer to return an item that isn't defective, we can accept it unopened for a full refund — return shipping is at your own expense to our fulfilment centre.

Non-Refundable The following are non-refundable provided the physical product (not packaging) is free from defects:

- Opened or partially built sets

- Orders past 30 days from delivery

- Digital products or gift cards

Order Cancellations

- Within 24 hours of purchase: Free cancellation (unless package has already been shipped)

- After 24 hours: 10% fee applies for both in stock and preorder products (order may already be in production)

- After shipping: Cancellation not possible

Address Errors Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't refund or replace orders undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
