What Scale Are Your Models Built To?
Most of our models are 1:28 scale but can vary slightly. If you're curious about a specific model, feel free to ask!
Tracking Code Not Working?
First, double-check the code. Make sure there are no typos or spaces. If it still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll investigate and send you the latest update.
Can’t Find Your Order Number?
Try checking your email for your confirmation or log into your BrickWar2 account to view past orders.
To log in,
- Click on the profile icon on our website (the top right corner for desktop and bottom left corner for mobile)
- Type in your email address
- Type the code sent your email and follow the instructions given.
I am Missing Pieces?
Please send a photo of the instruction manual page showing the missing pieces clearly circled for easy identification along with your order number. We'll send the replacement pieces to you free of charge.
Order Placed But No Tracking Yet?
Orders are typically processed in 1-7 business days depending on order volume and other factors. After shipping, tracking will be emailed to you. If you do not receive your tracking number 7 business days after placing your order, please reach out to customer support again. We will reach out to our shipping partners to rectify the problem. Delivery takes 5-20 business days.
Wrong Info Entered at Checkout?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP to correct the shipping address.
Looking for a Model We Don’t Stock?
Let us know your interest! We frequently launch new models, so keep an eye on our site or subscribe to our mailing list so you can be the first to know when something new comes up. Join the BrickwarII members club to make requests!
Returns After 30 Days
Our policy does not allow returns after 30 days or on sale items. However, please let us know the reason for your return request, and we’ll review it accordingly.
Didn’t Receive My Order and I Want a Refund
Contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Need to Resend to a Different Address?
Please provide the new address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has, we’ll check available options or it might not be possible to do so.
Card Not Working at Checkout
If you’ve checked with your bank and your card still doesn’t work, contact us. We’ll look into it and get back within 24 hours.

Can You Deliver to My Country?
Yes, we ship worldwide, except to Romania, Columbia, Argentina and Costa Rica
If you're based in any of these countries and would like to order, we recommend using a package forwarding service. These services provide you with an address in another country and forward your order to you.
How to Log In to View My Orders
- On desktop: login is at the top right. On mobile: it's at the bottom of the menu.
- Type in your email address
- Use the one-time passcode sent to your email.
- Follow any other instruction you receive.
Can I get my replacement shipped with my recent order?
Let us know your latest order number and we’ll do our best to include the replacement with it.
Please note that processing the replacement takes 1–5 days, and shipping takes 5–20 days, so this may delay the dispatch of your recent order.

Double-check for typos. If it's still not working, contact us and we’ll help out.
Need a refund for my order
To request a refund for your order, please note the following:
- Your item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Contact us at support@brickwariihelp.zendesk.com to start the return process.
- Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I use my order number to track my order on the tracking website?
No, your order number is a unique code attached to your order to help us manage your order. After your order has been processed and shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via email. You use this tracking number to track your items
Do you guys take taxes when I place my order?
Taxes are included in the price of our sets when you place an order
Do you sell just the building plans?
No we don’t. However, if you join the members group, you can make special requests
Where are BrickWarII's fulfillment centers located?
Our fulfillment centres are located in various international zones, allowing us to offer free worldwide shipping with tracked delivery. Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location
Which vehicle comes with mini-figures?
They all do. Except the ships

Tracking website says package has been delivered but I haven’t received it. What do I do?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please do the following:
- Check around your delivery location
- Ask neighbours or household members if they accepted it on your behalf
- Check with your local post office or delivery service for more details
- If you have no success please reach out to us.
Are the bricks real lego or custom molds?
The bricks used by BrickWar2 are high-quality, durable pieces designed to fit together perfectly, ensuring a sturdy and detailed build. While they are not official LEGO® bricks, they are custom-moulded to create accurate replicas tailored for building your army and scenes. The best part? They work seamlessly with LEGO®, so you can easily combine them with your existing collection for even more creative possibilities.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders at brickwar2.com are processed within 1-7 business days, depending on order volume, national holidays, and other factors. After processing, delivery typically takes 5-20 business days, depending on your location. For the USA, delivery usually takes 5-14 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.
I ordered two of the same set by mistake, can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it for you, just contact us as soon as possible. However, if it has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In that case, you’re welcome to return the extra item once it arrives.

Do you sell spare or extra parts?
No, we don’t sell spare or extra parts at this time.
I just received a phone call from someone claiming to represent BrickWar2 and asking me to place an order by phone. Is this legitimate?
Yes, we do have a BrickWar2 sales representative who may contact you by phone to assist with placing orders or resolving any issues. Please don’t worry — this is simply to make it easier for you to get your favourite sets, and you can trust the call.
For your security, please note that we will never ask for your credit card details over the phone. Our representative will only help you with your order and then send you a secure link to complete your purchase.
Do you offer instructions in English?
Yes — every set comes with an instruction manual in English. If your set arrives without one, we’ll send a replacement manual at no cost. We also provide digital PDF instructions on request so you can start building right away.
How do I know the pieces are good quality?
Our bricks are designed to fit perfectly with major brands. They’re made from high-quality ABS plastic, the same material used by other brands. Every mold is tested to ensure parts aren’t warped, fragile, or deformed. If you do find a defective piece, we’ll replace it free of charge.
What happens if my order takes too long to arrive?
Most orders arrive in 5–20 business days, depending on where you live. In rare cases, shipping carriers can cause longer delays. If you don’t receive updates after 30 days, please contact us — we’ll investigate immediately. For orders that go missing or take longer than 60 days, we’ll either reship your set or give you a full refund.
I’m worried about buying from a small brand. Is this a scam?
We understand the concern — especially if it’s your first time buying from us. BrickWar2 is a registered company, and we’ve served thousands of customers worldwide. On top of that, we offer free replacements for missing pieces, full refunds if your order doesn’t arrive, and secure payments through Shopify and Stripe.
Can I build a collection with these sets?
Absolutely. Many of our customers collect BrickWar2 sets as display pieces. Some sets are limited editions, which means they won’t be reissued once sold out — making them more collectible. We also release new sets regularly so you can keep expanding your collection.
Are the bags numbered and easy to build from?
Most sets come in multiple sealed bags for protection. For larger sets, bags may be numbered to make building easier. For smaller sets, pieces may be grouped together, but the step-by-step instructions guide you clearly through the build. If you need extra help, we can also send digital instructions.
What is the packaging like?
Our sets are shipped in durable plastic bags, sealed to keep all parts safe during transit. This method reduces waste and lowers shipping costs, helping us keep prices fair. Every set includes all the parts you need to complete the build, plus a printed instruction manual.
My tracker says my order was delivered, but I can’t seem to find it.
If your order was delivered to the wrong address, please first log in to your BrickWar2 account to confirm that the shipping address provided is correct.
• If the address is correct, we recommend contacting the carrier directly — their contact details are usually listed on your parcel’s tracking page.
• If the shipping address you entered was incorrect or different from your original address, unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist with recovery or replacement.
• If you do not get a response from the carrier, please reach out to our support team. We will do our best to support
I’m unable to complete my payment at checkout.
If you’re having trouble completing your payment, please try using the same payment method again, sometimes it can be a temporary network issue.
If it still doesn’t work, kindly try a different payment method, we offer several secure options at checkout.
If the issue persists, try removing all items from your cart and adding them again before checking out.
Will I need to pay import fees or customs charges before receiving my order?
We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide. However, please note that BrickWar2 is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply once your order has been shipped.
We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before making a purchase to avoid any unexpected charges.
I’ve had so much fun building my set! How can I leave a review?
To leave a review, simply go to the product page of the set you purchased, scroll to the bottom (just underneath the Frequently Asked Questions section), and click on the “Write a Review” button. Then, just follow the on-screen instructions to submit your feedback.
Can I change the nationality of my free soldiers?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched and your preferred nationality is in stock, we can change it. Please email support@brickwariihelp.zendesk.com with your order number and request, and our team will help.
Do the BrickWar2 sets come in bags or boxes? I need it for a gift.
It depends on the set. Some arrive in boxes, others in protective bags.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once it’s on the way, we can’t cancel it, but you can request a return after delivery. Email support@brickwariihelp.zendesk.comand we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Can we get a discount?

How can I tell how big my set is going to be?
