📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
During busy periods, processing may take 2–5 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order dispatches.

How long does delivery take?

  • USA: 5–9 business days
  • UK & EU: 7–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–9 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

How do I track my order?

Track your shipment via our Track Your Order page or here:

Please use your tracking number, not your order number. If you need assistance, email support@brickwariihelp.zendesk.com.

My tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received it.

Please check:

  • Around your delivery location
  • With neighbours or household members
  • Directly with the shipping carrier

If you still can’t locate it, contact us at support@brickwariihelp.zendesk.com and we’ll assist further.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellation Policy:

  • Within 24 hours: Free cancellation
  • After 24 hours: 10% fee
  • After shipping: Cancellation not possible

Shipping addresses can only be changed before dispatch. For urgent changes, email support@brickwariihelp.zendesk.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide except to:
Romania, Colombia, Argentina, and Costa Rica.

Customs duties or import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

 



🔁 Returns & Refunds

What should I do if something is wrong with my order?

Please email support@brickwariihelp.zendesk.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right — no return required.

What if I’m missing or received damaged pieces?

We’ll send free replacement pieces. Please email us photos within 7 days of discovering the issue. Missing or damaged piece coverage lasts 1 year from purchase.

What if I received the wrong item or there is a manufacturing defect?

You may choose between a full refund, or a replacement of the set. Photos are required for verification.

What if my order was damaged during shipping?

We offer a full refund or replacement.
Carrier damage documentation may be required.

My box arrived dented. Can I get a refund?

Because our products ship internationally, packaging wear may occur. If the contents are intact, refunds are not available for packaging damage alone.
However, we may offer store credit or a discount code as a goodwill gesture.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if you contact us within 30 days of delivery, we may offer store credit in certain cases.

Can I return an unopened item?

Yes. Unopened sets may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Opened or partially built sets
  • Orders beyond 30 days from delivery
  • Digital products or gift cards

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Are these official LEGO® bricks?

No. BrickWarii uses custom-moulded, high-quality ABS bricks fully compatible with major brands.

Are the bricks good quality?

Yes. Our bricks are precision-moulded for durability and fit. Defective parts are replaced free of charge.

What scale are the models?

Most models are approximately 1:28 scale.

Do vehicles include mini-figures?

Yes — all vehicles include mini-figures except ships.

Do sets include instructions?

Yes. All sets include English paperback instructions except when clearly stated otherwise. Digital PDFs are available upon request.

If your manual is missing, email support@brickwariihelp.zendesk.com and we’ll send one.

Do BrickWarII sets come in boxes?

Some of our sets come in bags while some come in boxes.

I’m missing pieces.

Email support@brickwariihelp.zendesk.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the instruction page with missing parts clearly circled/marked
  • The name of the set with the missing pieces

We’ll send replacements free of charge.

We accept secure payments via Shopify and Stripe. If your payment fails:
