Where’s My Order?
You can track your order using the "Track Your Order" link on our website under “Help” or follow this link https://www.track718.eu/en/wanb. Enter your order number to see the latest status.
What Scale Are Your Models Built To?
Most of our models are 1:28 scale but can vary slightly. If you're curious about a specific model, feel free to ask!
Tracking Code Not Working?
First, double-check the code. Make sure there are no typos or spaces. If it still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll investigate and send you the latest update.
Can’t Find Your Order Number?
Try checking your email for your confirmation or log into your BrickWar2 account to view past orders.
To log in,
- Click on the profile icon on our website (the top right corner for desktop and bottom left corner for mobile)
- Type in your email address
- Type the code sent your email and follow the instructions given.
I am Missing Pieces?
Please send a photo of the instruction manual page showing the missing pieces along with your order number. We'll send the replacement pieces to you free of charge.
Order Placed But No Tracking Yet?
Orders are typically processed in 1-7 business days depending on order volume and other factors. After shipping, tracking will be emailed to you. If you do not receive your tracking number 7 business days after placing your order, please reach out to customer support again. We will reach out to our shipping partners to rectify the problem. Delivery takes 5-20 business days.
Wrong Info Entered at Checkout?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP to correct the shipping address.
Looking for a Model We Don’t Stock?
Let us know your interest! We frequently launch new models, so keep an eye on our site or subscribe to our mailing list so you can be the first to know when something new comes up. Join the BrickwarII members club to make requests!
Returns After 30 Days
Our policy does not allow returns after 30 days or on sale items. However, please let us know the reason for your return request, and we’ll review it accordingly.
Didn’t Receive My Order and I Want a Refund
Contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Need to Resend to a Different Address?
Please provide the new address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has, we’ll check available options or it might not be possible to do so.
Card Not Working at Checkout
If you’ve checked with your bank and your card still doesn’t work, contact us. We’ll look into it and get back within 24 hours.

Can You Deliver to My Country?
Yes, we ship worldwide, except to Romania.
If you're based in Romania and would like to order, we recommend using a package forwarding service. These services provide you with an address in another country and forward your order to you.
How to Log In to View My Orders
- On desktop: login is at the top right. On mobile: it's at the bottom of the menu.
- Type in your email address
- Use the one-time passcode sent to your email.
- Follow any other instruction you receive.
Can I get my replacement shipped with my recent order?
Let us know your latest order number and we’ll do our best to include the replacement with it.
Please note that processing the replacement takes 1–5 days, and shipping takes 5–20 days, so this may delay the dispatch of your recent order.
Discount Code Not Working?
Double-check for typos. If it's still not working, contact us and we’ll help out.
Need a refund for my order
To request a refund for your order, please note the following:
- Your item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Contact us at support@coms.brickwar2.com to start the return process.
- Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I use my order number to track my order on the tracking website?
No, your order number is a unique code attached to your order to help us manage your order. After your order has been processed and shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via email. You use this tracking number to track your items
Do you guys take taxes when I place my order?
Taxes are included in the price of our sets when you place an order
Do you sell just the building plans?
No we don’t. However, if you join the members group, you can make special requests
Where are BrickWarII's fulfillment centers located?
Our fulfillment centres are located in various international zones, allowing us to offer free worldwide shipping with tracked delivery. Most orders arrive within 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location
Which vehicle comes with mini-figures?
They all do. Except the ships

Kindly check that your order qualifies for the promo. This promo does not apply to limited edition tanks. You need to buy tanks from our tanks collection page for your order to qualify for the promo
Tracking website says package has been delivered but I haven’t received it. What do I do?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please do the following:
- Check around your delivery location
- Ask neighbours or household members if they accepted it on your behalf
- Check with your local post office or delivery service for more details
- If you have no success please Rach out to us.
