Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During sales or peak periods, processing may take 7–10 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times These begin after processing:

- USA: 5-9 business days

- UK & Europe: 7-10 business days

- Australia & NZ: 5-9 business days

- Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Tracking You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages We recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout for full coverage during transit. Without protection, we can't guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages once shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address — we can't refund or replace orders undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
